Our Chaplain Certificate could open doors of opportunity those those who are serving or wish to serve as chaplains to nursing homes, jails, police departments, hospitals, continuing care facilities, etc. The Chaplain Certificate is renewable annually. An additional 3 semester hours are required each year to keep it current.

Christian (Bible) Counselor Certificate*
195 Semester Hrs Required. You must hold a Master's degree earned through 'Tripp Bible Institute' to qualify for the "Christian Counselor Certificate."

The 'Christian Counselor Certificate' is a non-secular certificate and will NOT qualify you to offer medical, psychiatric or psychological advice or services. You MUST meet state requirements to go into business as a state licensed professional counselor and to charge fees for such. Our 'Christian Counselor Certificate' WILL qualify you to minister to people and to counsel (advise, teach) them as to what the Holy Bible teaches pertaining to matters relating to life and godliness. You may accept pay for your services as a minister of the gospel of Christ. The 'Christian Counselor Certificate' is renewable annually. An additional 3 semester hours are required each year to keep the "Christian Counselor Certificate" current.

Christian Grief and Crisis Counselor Certificate*
All info applicable regarding Christian Counselor Certificate is also applicable to the Crisis Counselor Certificate). This study gives some concentrated studies to help the advisor, counselor, elder, deacon, minister to be better prepared for dealing with various 'crisis' that confront throughout life on a regular basis.

*Tripp Bible Institute does not issue a Chaplain Certificate, Christian Counselor Certificate or Grief & Crisis Counselor Certificate to those who have been convicted of a felony within the past 7 years at the time that we receive their application.
